4.Participation experience in international projects.
1999 a project Say No to family violence (1st stage) was implemented due to the support of Soros Foundation, grant amount $ 2500.
2000 the project Say No to family violence (2nd stage) was implemented due to the support of Soros Foundation, grant amount $ 2500; the project From helpline to Tyoply dom was implemented due to the support of International Research and Exchange Centre IREX, grant amount $ 5600.
2001-2002 the project From coming-to-be to maturity announced by International Research and Exchange Centre (IREX) and US Agency of International Development (USAID). This project was aimed at quality enhancement of services rendered to women and children suffering from domestic or other types of violence through the profound training of helpline specialists as well as of women volunteers and representatives of women council and organizations unions in order to help women suffering from domestic and workplace violence. The investment was sized at $ 2793. 2001 project contest announced by the Administration of the City of Izhevsk. Grant of the first municipal contest of socially significant projects: Growing-up of children is our concern. The project is aimed at setting up a contact-club for adolescents. The purpose of such club is to help the adolescents suffering from violence; to train them to use effective methods of communication and to solve problems constructively. The investment needed is 20 000 roubles. 2002 project contest announced by the Administration of the City of Izhevsk. Grant of the second municipal contest of socially significant projects: Be able to say NO!. The project is aimed at preventive measures for any addictions. The investment is 12 000 roubles.
2003 project contest announced by the Administration of the City of Izhevsk. Grant of the third municipal contest in the nomination Say NO to alcoholism and drug addiction. A project A choice of awareness. Grant amount 50 000 roubles.
2004 a project Help yourself was realized due to the support of a public organization Rotary club Izhevsk; grant amount 30 000 roubles.
2004 RussianEnglish project Consolidation of diversity (Association of crisis centers in Russia); grant amount $ 1000.
2005 RussianAustrian project Partnership in development, support and tutorship (National Centre Anna, Moscow) is being implemented; grant amount $ 2500. Our constant partners in project implementation are Municipal centre of social aid to family and children and Committee for family, women and children affairs of Izhevsk City Administration.

Since 2001 our public organization has established a connection with social public and municipal organizations in cities of Pryvolzhskiy federal region. Now we cooperate successfully.
During 2001-2002 our organization participated in implementation of a project of public organization Peace to a family, Arzamas City, due to the support of the autonomous non-profit organization Initiative, Averting of family violence (including the seminar in Izhevsk City).
In 2002 our organization participated in implementation of a project Interaction between law-enforcement agency and Civil Society Institution to counteract people slavery of the interregional public organization Centre against violence and people slavery, Perm City, due to the support of Soros Foundation within the context of international program East East (including the seminar in Tyoply dom centre).
In 2002 our organization participated in implementation of a project Gender component of social partnership at a local level as democratic development resource (Public organization Femina, City of Naberezhniye Tchelny, Tatarstan Republic) due to the assisstance of Canadian program on support of Russian women and the autonomous non-profit organization Mega project. Arrangement of a seminar Gender-sensible policy on the basis of a centre Tyoply dom, participation in implementation of a project To gender equality in the context of a program Partner; participation in a project in Saratov City etc. Along with the above-mentioned cities the public organization Backing centre of womens initiatives Tyoply dom cooperates, in the framework of various projects, with Moscow, Kazan, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Rostov-na-Donu, Voronezh, Pskov, Nizhniy Tagil.
Public organization Centre of support for woman initiatives Tyoply dom is one of the founders of social movement Civil society to Russian children and the member of the Association of crisis centers in Russia.

8.Directions of contemplated projects
1)Project Helping hand
This project is aimed at socially psychological, duly and effective aid to children and adolescents who suffered or are suffering from domestic violence, as well as at founding of a specialized establishment on the basis of Tyoply dom for adolescent girls young mothers and for those who got into difficult situation connected with a risk to their own life or with a threat to their childs life and health.
2)Project Family: way by trust and cooperation Purpose of this project is to make such conditions to promote childrens and adolescents positive aims at starting a family and mastering skills which help to establish frank and trust family relations. The project is aimed at rendering assistance to children, adolescents and their parents in establishing frank and trust family relations, which promote an acceptance and understanding through the realization of programs elaborated by Centre members. Helping to solve family problems, this project is aimed at forming childrens and adolescents positive attitude to future family.
3)Project Promising age
The project is directed on rendering duly and effective help to the women suffering from domestic and social discrimination and violence. First of all, the matter concerns women who, owing to their age, as a rule, after 30 years, became unpromising its difficult to cardinally change something in life, to change a workplace as, on account of the age, they are often turned down. In family relations they are threatened by a danger of violence, and its difficult for them to resolve on divorcing and believe they can still change something. Often these women, having reached the middle of life course, having brought up children, gradually start losing taste and trust to life and dont see future prospects. It happens at the background of unemployment threat and social vulnerability and that, in turn, may lead to the most serious consequences to a denial of a right to live and even to a suicide.
