Izhevsk public transportation

Izhevsk has an extensive transport network. The motion of buses is organized round 28 routes with the total extension of 320 km. There are trams and trolleybuses and their routes are 33 and 53 km correspondingly. City buses also carry passengers on long-distance routes. Izhevsk department of Gorkovskaya Rail Road provides the railway activity. Airport Izhevsk is a modern complex, which serves passengers, Russian and foreign airplanes. Now an international terminal of the airport is being constructed it will allow Izhevsk to receive international flights.
