• Involvement of institutions, organizations and citizens of Izhevsk city into participation in the international programs and internships.
• Providing assistance in receiving local and international funds and governmental grants.
• Studying and sharing foreign countries experience in the field of municipal economy management and business.
• Definition of the base for drawing up legislative acts contributing to effective international activity development.
• Contributing to foreign investment mobilization to Izhevsk.
• Cooperation with various international organizations.
