International East-European University

The International East-European University was established in 1993.

The founder of the biggest non-governmental educational institution of the Udmurt Republic was Ph. D. in the sphere of jurisprudence, Professor Eduard S. Gordon, polymathic and gifted administrator.

In the International East-European University they suppose that life of every particular person, his interests and hobbies, his friends and professional interest in him always directly depend on type and level of his education. Moreover, personal characteristics depend on the education as well. All these explain the great importance of such social institution as education.

Unique system of continuing education that is implemented in the IEEU allows getting the following types of education:

·        high professional education;

·        higher professional education;

·        supplementary education;

·        advanced training programmes;

·        professional retraining;

·        business-training.

Along with full-time and postal tuitions there is a possibility to get short-term education and the one with modern electronic educational technologies.

IEEU’s geography had exceeded the bounds of the Udmurt Republic long ago and it had spread to neighbouring Sverdlovsk, Kirov, Nizhnii Novgorod regions, Bashkiria, Tatarstan and Perm krai.
